The sun dips low in the sky/beneath the horizon/towards the west, casting long shadows across the rolling hills/over the heather-covered fields/amongst the rugged terrain. The air is crisp and cool/chilly with a hint of frost/refreshingly brisk, carrying the scent of damp earth/wildflowers/pine needles.

Ach, life up here in the Highlands can be braw. We Coos don't worry much about the weather. A wee bit of shower won't deter a Coo! Our wool keep us cozy even on the chilly days. We spend our days eating on the green hillsides.

We adore a good roll in the dirt too. It's brilliant for our fur. Of course, we also enjoy to be wary of the predators that sometimes try to get close to us.

But generally, life is pretty great for a Highland Coo. We are satisfied with our lazy lives.
